应该是“slippery”。

“slippy” 的意思是 swift, speedy, 就是“迅速的”。
(错误是把原来的名次“slip”以顺便加上一个英文副词常有的“y”为成假副词slippy。)

But they dont want to state that the person is falling down swiftly, but remind the user of a slippery floor :).
